c++ hello world 引发的错误

把多年不用的C++程序重新捡起来，发现hello world 都举步维艰啊，哎！！

直接上代码：

	cout << "this is line one\n";
	return 0;
}

编译的时候发现错误提示：

[Error] 'cout' was not declared in this scope

我记得以前是看着《C++编程指南》还是什么秘籍coding的，一直没什么问题，突然报错之后想了半天才发现，

从c++开始就已经有namespace的概念了

C++ 1998 要求cout and endl被调用使用'std::cout'和'std::endl'格式,或using namespace std;

后来加上了

using namespace std;

正常编译成功。
