公民身份号码的本体码（master number），身份证前17位数字，6位数字地址码 + 8位数字出生日期码 + 3位数字顺序码

输出

公民身份号码的校验码（check number），身份证第18位（最后一位）数字，用来验证本体码的录入或转录过程准确性的号码，1位数字校验码
