Idea(8):Idea配置web.xml时，资源文件中出现URI is not registered错误

问题：

Idea配置web.xml时，资源文件中出现URI is not registered (Settings | Languages & Frameworks | Schemas and DTDs)d错误

解决方法：

中文意思就是统一资源标识符没有注册，解决方法就是将这个标识符手动添加到IDEA中，首先复制报红色的那串代码（只要红色的部分），然后按照步骤添加就行。

File --> Settings- -> Languages & Frameworks -->Schemas and DTDs,
