Should the government pay the money to build the musem and theater, why?

    From my point of view, the government should pay the money to build the museum and theater as much as they could!
    First, It can provide more entertainment place for people in the part time.
    Second, It will improve people's life, they can watch plays in the theater.
    Last, but not least, they can view a historical in museum, that would let people to get more knowledge!
