eureka + OpenFeign 启动报错

配置了一个很简单的eureka + openfeign小项目，eureka服务端和生产端项目都成功启动，唯独这个消费端项目怎么都跑不起来，代码都没有几行。

查找资料无果，我就只能补上一点配置，然后好了，它启动了！！！？？？费解。。
