1.下载对应的Twisted,下载地址：https://pan.baidu.com/s/1sgWIxi7kmuesvPj-2A-bpw 密码：itcb

2.具体步骤：

(1) cd 下载的文件地址，如本人的：cd F:\
(2)pip install Twisted-18.7.0-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl
4.完成
