spring 管理数据源和引入外部属性文件

我的mysql是5版本，所以url不需要加?serverTimezone=UTC，但是要加

?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai

如果把数据放在文件里

写properties文件

运行

 搞个url链接，花了我两个小时，什么改my.ini文件，改时区，ssl连接，真的恼
