事件日志：

   Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created. Error: 0x80070005 拒绝访问。 

解决办法：

在该Web Sites 将权限(Permissions)设置一下,里面应包含
ASP.NET
IWAM_MachineName
Local_Service
Network_Service
System
而且权限要设置为write & read.

如果.net程序不是在根目录下，须把web.config、App_Code、App_Data、Bin目录移到根目录下；
