babel-plugin-import是使用比较多的“用于按需加载组件代码和样式的 babel 插件”。

可以用dva来构建项目（使用roadhog配置），也可以使用create-react-app等其他脚手架。
使用create-react-app时，可能需要react-app-rewired进行优化（直接使用react-scripts存在一些缺陷）。
