补日志 tensor-flow mxnet

因为tensorflow官方还没开放cuda10的tensorflow版本，

我的rtx2080仅支持cuda10不能使用，所以改用mxnet ，用mxnet， cpu和gpu切换只用一行代码，很舒服。
