从硬盘用ISO安装Redhat5.4版

需要用的东西：

 

grldr.rar, 用于引导系统

Redhat5.4 镜像；；

wingrub, 用于 windows 下查看 Linux 下相对应的分区信息；

空闲空间（如 D 盘）。

 

安装过程：

 

1 ，在系统盘根目录 C:/ 下创建文件夹 boot;

2 ，解压 grldr.rar, 里面有 grldr 文件和 grub 文件夹（里面有 menu.lst ），把 grldr 文件放到系统盘根目录 C:/ 下，把 grub 文件夹放到系统盘根目录 C:/ 下的 boot 里的文件夹；

3 ，打开我的电脑，在工具栏的工具（ T ）的下拉菜单里的文件夹选项，点击，在查看项里的隐藏受保护的选项前面的勾去掉。这样在系统盘根目录 C:/ 下会有 boot.ini 文件，在该文件中最后加上一行 C:/grldr ="Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 5.4";

4 ，把 Redhat5.4 镜像文件中的 images/boot.iso 中的 vmlinuz 与 initrd.img 这 2 两个文件提取出来（或 isolinux/ 下的 vmlinuz 与 initrd.img 也是一样的）放到系统盘根目录 C:/ 下；

5 ，把 Redhat5.4 镜像文件放 FAT32 格式的盘根目录（我的是 F 盘）；

6 ，在 windows 系统下安装 wingrub 软件。安装完毕后选择 Tools->partition List, 查看 Redhat5.4 镜像所在盘的所对应 Linux 的分区信息。（我的 F 盘是（ hd0,5 ））（下面是图片的一些信息，可传不上来）

然后打开 c:/boot/grub/menu.lst ，修改最后的 4 行内容为：
title RedHat Enterprise 5.4
root (hd1,0)                 -------------------- （ hd1,0 ）是我第二个硬盘的第一个区
kernel (hd0,0)/vmlinuz         ------------------vmlinux 就放在 C 盘 , 所以这里就是（ hd0,0 ）                   

具体要看 C 盘的分区号
initrd (hd0,0)/initrd.img        ------------------initrd.img 就放在 C 盘 , 所以这里就是（ hd0,0 ）

7 ，重启系统，在系统菜单中选择 Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 5.4 选项。

这时有会弹出一个菜单；直接回车就行了。

 

开始安装：

 

接下来的会有要你选择系统安装的方式，选择 HDD( 即硬盘方式 ) ；

选择 Redhat5.4 镜像的路径；我的 F 盘（ hd0,5 ） -----/dev/hda6;

其余的步骤与用光盘安装是要一样的。
