       Nearly caught
Alfred Bloggs had spent a double life since he got married. He was a dustman of a corporation.  However,  he disguised as a white-collar when he faced his wife. One day, Alf and three dustmen were collection rubbish as usual. At last, they arrived at Mrs. Forst’s house which was the last house
One morning Alf and three other dustmen were collecting rubbish in Merton Street and they stopped outside Mrs. Frost’s house.
Alf’s wife was visiting Mrs. Frost at the time. Alf did not know this (Though Alf didn’t know it, his wife was visiting Mrs. Frost at the time. Frost were old friends though Mrs. Frost had never met Alf.) . he was just getting out of the dustcart to collect the rubbish when he suddenly saw his wife leaving Mrs. Forst house. (Alf was just getting out of the dustcart to go into Mrs. Frost’s backyard, when he saw his wife leaving Mrs. Frost’s house) He immediately hid in dustcart and other dustmen helped him. (He quickly returned to the dustcart and hid in the driving cabin. His fellow dustmen helped him by collecting Mrs. Frost’s rubbish.) Fortunately, his wife did not catch sight of him and talked to Mrs. Frost on the doorstep. (Alf’s wife and Mrs. Frost talked on the doorstep It looked as though their conversation would never end!)
In the dustcart, he could hear his wife was talking about him. She said that she felt proud of his husband for he was working in the office. This time Alf was fortunate because the dustcart drover away just as Mrs. Bloggs came towards it. After this, Alf wanted to change his job even his wages would be reduce almost half of now.
At last Mrs. Bloggs said goodbye to Mrs. Frost. She waved to one of the dustmen whom she recognized and she went towards the dustcart to greet him. The dustmen waved back and gave her a big smile as the dustcart drover off. Mrs. Bloggs stood on the pavement and watched the dustcart disappear down the street. Then she began to walk home. ‘It’s all right, Alf,’ he friend said. ‘She can’t see you now.’
‘Thanks Jim,’ Alf said, ‘That was a lucky escape!’
总结: The important content may be in the second and third parts, the first part should be just an introduce.
And the title is ‘Nearly caught’, so it is necessary to descript how he escape be catching by his wife or not the white-collar and blue-collar’s different.
