Prepration, u need these 4 files first, then cp them to where they should be,e.g.:
ARM----------->/opt
FLEXlm------->/gxxx/amss
license------->/gxxx/amss/FLEXlm/10.8.0/12/linux-pentium
AMSScode--->/gxxx

# tar jxvf ARM /opt
#sudo cp  /opt/ARM/RVCT/Programs/2.2/576/linux-pentium/tcc /bin
#sudo cp  /opt/ARM/RVCT/Programs/2.2/576/linux-pentium/tcpp /bin
2. 
#suodo gedit /etc/environment
add:
 /opt/ARM/RVCT/Programs/2.2/576/linux-pentium/armcc

4.
#sudo gedit /etc/hostname
change light-Aspire-4741G into: 192.168.1.100
#sudo gedit /etc/hosts
change light-Aspire-4741G into: 192.168.1.100
then reboot ur computer.
5.
change your "Wired connection 1" as follows:
IPv4:
ip:192.168.1.100
submask:255.255.255.0
default route:192.168.1.1
mac:find it from ur license file
6.
get the files from Alex and do as the email said(mainly the ip address in license file), and do as:
#cp FLEXlm /gxxx/amss/
#sudo vim /etc/environment
edit like this:
PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games:/home/light/ANDROID/prebuilts/gcc/linux-x86/arm/arm-eabi-4.6/bin:/gxxx/amss/modem_proc/build/ms:/opt/ARM/RVCT/Programs/2.2/576/linux-pentium"

cp ur license file into the following folder and run it like this:
/gxxx/amss/FLEXlm/10.8.0/12/linux-pentium#./lmgrd 鈥揷 license.dat
now check if lmgrd is running by ps cmd...
if there`s bug, then do as:
#sudo mkdir /usr/tmp
#sudo chmod 777 /usr/tmp -R
#sudo mkdir /usr/local/flexlm
#sudo mkdir /usr/local/flexlm/licenses
#cp ur license into the path above.
8.
#cd /gxxx/amss/modem_proc/build/ms
#./parallel_build.sh
OK! DONE!
