Global setup:

Next steps:

  git remote add origin https://github.com/sitoto/test.git 
  git push -u origin master 
      
Existing Git Repo? 
  cd existing_git_repo 
  git remote add origin https://github.com/sitoto/test.git 
  git push -u origin master

解决： 
git remote set-url origin git@github.com:dd/test.git 
会提示 加入 github.com 到 list of known hosts
