车牌识别之EasyPR-Java项目maven版本

题记

最近领导让研究OCR车牌识别的技术，刚开始网上一搜感觉比较有戏的样子，后来发现这个行业商业化还是挺严重的，好多都是和硬件设备配套的。但是作为我们这种屌丝程序猿大家都懂的，肯定是打死也不会首先考虑收费的东西的，其实领导也是这么想的，要不然还让你研究个毛线啊。看到的开源的项目到的开源的项目貌似有OpenCV但是这个是国外的东西，而对于国内车牌识别有一个依赖于OpenCV的开源项目就是EasyPR，但是这个项目貌似是C++的。所以先找了一个java版本的跑跑试试，结果不是想象的那么顺畅。

进入主题

首先下载项目

然后导入到我们的eclipse，然后就发现少了好多包啊

经过一番网上查找和下载少的包放在了如下地址

把包都导进去了，而且动态链接库也配置了，运行还是报如下错误
