PostgreSQL 11二进制包安装步骤

下载安装包，本文以二进制包方式安装

https://www.postgresql.org/download/

Binary packages

• Red Hat family Linux (including CentOS/Fedora/Scientific/Oracle variants)

 

选择适合的操作系统，会生成相对应的安装命令。

 

1. Select version: 
   11
2. Select platform: 
    
3. Select architecture: 
   x86_64
4. Install the repository RPM:

   yum install https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/reporpms/EL-7-x86_64/pgdg-redhat-repo-latest.noarch.rpm

5. Install the client packages:

   yum install postgresql11

6. Optionally install the server packages:

   yum install postgresql11-server

7. Optionally initialize the database and enable automatic start:

   /usr/pgsql-11/bin/postgresql-11-setup initdb
   systemctl enable postgresql-11
   systemctl start postgresql-11
