Vs中判断cin、getline函返回值

cin函数输出的就是他本身

把 if ((cin >> word) == 0)  修改为：
if ((bool)(std::cin >> word) == 0) { 
或者修改为：
if (!(cin >> word)) { 

getline（cin,line）相同，返回值是cin
getline(cin ,line)>>length //输入两次,第一次读取一行,第二次读取赋值给length
