ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android 100.12新特性

esri于2021年8月25日正式推出了ArcGIS Runtime API for Android 100.12，功能越来越完善：

①arcgis runtime for android sdk现在支持地理围栏（geofencing）功能了。

②arcgis runtime for android sdk现在还支持查看和直接编辑由arcgispro2.7及更高版本的arcgispro创建的mobile geodatabase文件，这对有离线要素编辑需求的用户是个福音。

③arcgis runtime for android sdk在之前的版本就已经支持语音导航功能，在100.12版本中为导航提供额外的语音引导定制功能。在100.12版本中，一个新的回调允许设置文本到语音引擎的状态。设置这个可以防止多个语音导航事件相互干扰。

④支持x86_64架构
ArcGIS Runtime API for Android 现在支持Android模拟器和Android设备上的x86_64（64位）Intel/AMD芯片组。

⑤解决了之前删除shp中的要素无法完全删除的bug。

BUG-000117942 The deleteFeatureAsync() method fails to delete a feature completely from a shapefile.

⑥解决了mmpk文件（移动地图包）中的标注不能在所有比例尺下显示的bug

BUG-000138152 Mobile map package labels fail to display at all scales.
