从字面的意思来看，是因为“查看mergeinfo需要FSFS文件系统为版本3，而当前的服务器的版本是2”，所以，我们只要不查看mergeinfo就可以了

解决方法：

Another option while merging with TortoiseSVN is to deselect "all revisions" in the Merge revision range options and to select "specific range". Then select all revision (beware only the first 100 are displayed, you have to click "Show all" before). This will prevent Tortoise to launch the mergeinfo command and the merge will work.

这里的解决办法的意思是，不要选择"all revisions"选项，选择"specific range"选项，然后选择所有的revision，这可以阻止Tortoise启动mergeinfo命令。

所以，我们只要选择"specific range"选项之后，点击show log，之后选择全部的内容，再进行merge即可。
