一、岗位名称：Technical Lead

岗位职责：

1. To participate in the project demand investigation, demand analysis, system framework design, and database design of core modules.

参与项目需求调查、需求分析、系统框架设计，数据库设计的核心模块。

2. Investigate performance issue and provide solutions.

研究性能问题并提供解决方案。

3. Develop relate software module base on project schedule and tasks assignment.

根据项目进度和任务开发相关软件模块。

4. Participate in design review, code review, etc.

参与设计评审和代码评审等。

5. According to the technical specification, write the corresponding technical documentation;

根据技术规范，编写相应的技术文档。

6. According to the need to improve the quality of software;

根据需求提高软件质量。

7. The technical details of research projects, preparation of the corresponding specification;

研究项目的技术细节，编写相应的规范。

8. To guide Jr. Developer coding;

指导初级工程师编码。

9. To train the others on new technologies;

对相应员工进行新技术培训。

10. Setup technical standard, guidelines as needed.

根据需求设置技术标准和指导方针。

11. Assist other colleagues to solve bugs;

协助其他同事解决问题。

12. Other tasks assigned by manager.

协助经理完成其他任务。

任职条件：

1. 7 years or above working experiences;

7年以上相关工作经验；

2. Proficient in PHP Technologies;

精通PHP技术；

3. Proficient in relational database and performance tuning;

精通关系型数据库及其性能优化；

4. Familiar with OOP technology;

熟悉OOP技术；

5. Master OO thought, and the commonly used UML tools;

掌握面向对象的思想，以及常用的UML工具；

6. Proficient in using and delving into the framework (Laravel, Codelgniter, Zend Framework Symfony, ThinkPhp, etc.) or open source CMS (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla source code);

熟练使用并钻研过框架（Laravel、Codelgniter、Zend  Framework、Symfony、    ThinkPhp等） 或开源 CMS（ Drupal、 Wordpress、Joomla 等）源代码

7. Have good knowledge of software engineering, good communication skill, customer awareness; and team cooperation spirit;

拥有较好的软件工程知识，良好的沟通能力-客户意识和团队合作精神；

8. Excellent in analysis and solve problems;

极好的分析和处理问题的能力；

9. Can read and write in English, and can do communication in English and Cantonese;

良好的英文听说读写能力, 粤语沟通；

10. Familiar with CMMI development process is preferred.

熟悉CMMI开发流程者优先。
