集成kettle9.3的坑

org.pentaho.di.core.exception.KettlePluginException: 
Unable to read plugin xml file: {0}:
Type org.pentaho.di.core.encryption.TwoWayPasswordEncoderInterface not present

kettle9.3的core包中缺少TwoWayPasswordEncoderInterface

1.需要导入pentaho-encryption-support-9.3.0.0-428.jar，可惜粗心大意往maven中引入包时忘记改包源文件地址，引入错误，导致怎么执行都缺少文件。

2.在resources下新增kettle-password-encoder-plugins.xml
