通过自定义ListView解决在scrollView中的嵌套问题

个人觉得通过自定义listView控件比较简单，可以解决在scrollView中嵌套listview的问题。

代码如下：

这样默认会显示的是listView 而不是scrollView的第一项，所以还需要在activity文件中设置一下两项：
