调试lung-nodule错误记录

错误一：

def create_color_movie(ct,prob_map,threshold,color,name,color_intensity = 1000):

将默认参数name放到前面

 

错误二：将pool.py中的

fromtheano.tensor.signal import downsample改为下面两个中的中的任意一个就可以了

#fromtheano.tensor.signal.pool import pool_2d 

#import theano.tensor.signal.pool as downsample

 

错误三：unittest.case.SkipTest: You are importing theano.sandbox.cuda. Thisis the old GPU back-end and is removed from Theano. Use Theano 0.9 to use it.Even better, transition to the new GPU back-end! See https://github.com/Theano/Theano/wiki/Converting-to-the-new-gpu-back-end%28gpuarray%29
