java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

上述错误，大概是时区错误深的，一种解决方案如下：

dbURL="jdbc:mysql://" + jdbcConnec.getDbip() + ":" + jdbcConnec.getDbport() + "?serverTimezone=GMT ";
在url后面加了"?serverTimezone=GMT",连接成功！
