下载ZIP包

下载后解压到 【[URL地址]\wamp64\bin\php\php7.4.13】文件夹
复制其他php版本中的【php.ini】【phpForApache.ini】【wampserver.conf】文件到【php7.4.13】文件夹中，本文中使用的【php7.3.5】
修改【php.ini】中,替换【php7.3.5到php7.4.13】

修改【phpForApache.ini】文件中,替换【php7.3.5到php7.4.13】

修改【wampmanager.ini】文件中，
Type: item; Caption: “7.4.13”; Action: multi; Actions:switchPhp7.4.13;
