AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer 无效

记录下问题，
根据spring4 搭建web项目，使用Java配置，

启动后发现项目不报错，但是访问controller报404，检查路径也没发现问题，然后仔细看了下启动日志，发现服务启动时没有启动spring，原来是用了servlet3.0Java代码配置方式却没添加servlet-api.jar包，囧。
