初始化kubeadm前的注意事项

在Centos7.9中进行kubeadm init时，会出现下面的错误：

所以在进行初始化之前，要进行下面操作，将config.toml删除：

#rm -rf /etc/containerd/config.toml
#systemctl restart containerd

这样，就能正常执行kubeadm init 了。
