使用方法:
crontab -u <username> <crontab file>

访问控制:
当下面任何一条满足时,用户可以使用crontab:
1. 用户名出现在/etc/cron.d/cron.allow
2. 文件/etc/cron.d/cron.allow不存在，而且用户名也不出现在/etc/cron.d/cron.deny

当下面任何一条满足时，不允许用户使用crontab:
1. 文件/etc/cron.d/cron.allow存在，并且用户名不出现在其中.
2. 文件/etc/cron.d/cron.allow不存在，并且用户名出现在/etc/cron.d/cron.deny中
3. ...
4. ...

crontab的每个条目分为6个field,这些field用空格或tab键分割,前面5个field是数字类型，如下：
minute (0-59),
hour (0-23),
day of the month (1-31),
month of the year (1-12),
day of the week (0-6 with 0=Sunday)
