TypeError: argument 0 is not a Variable

问题定位：

Variables and tensors：需要将输入数据转换为 Variable 类型。

解决方案：

升级 PyTorch 版本：In the current pytorch version (0.4.0) Variables and tensors are merged, so that shouldn’t be an error.（参考网址：https://ptorch.com/news/37.html）
