python备份windows下数据

 读python简明教程，发现有一个备份数据的例子，在windows下的讲得不详细，对其中的一些内容做个补充。

“一个可以为我的所有重要文件创建备份的程序”，在windows下运行这个程序，必须装一个7z,因为这个是开源的，可以直接调用7z.exe压缩文件。但想要在各个位置都可以运行它，必须配置一下环境变量，把7z的安装路径放到环境变量的path里。

这是我修改后的，测试运行正常。
