windows idf.py build 报错

在运行EXPORT.sh正常的情况下，命令行已经提示

 - D:\lsh-esp\esp-idf\tools\requirements\requirements.core.txt

Go to the project directory and run:
 idf.py build

但是输入idf.py build 报错：

idf.py : 无法将“idf.py”项识别为 cmdlet、函数、脚本文件或可运行程序的名称。请检查名称的拼写，如果包括路径，请确保路径正确，然后再试一次。

我遇到这个问题的原因是在于windows下目前有两个命令行工具powershell和cmd，使用powershell时就会出现这个问题。
解决方法 ：
在命令行中输入cmd手动切换到cmd下，然后再执行export.sh，就可以正常使用idf.py了
