mtk动态添加菜单

    动态添加菜单，即不是以编译资源的形式在编译资源的时候写死的菜单，而是在手机起来后可以随时增删修改菜单项。比如我要根据一条短信内容，在某个菜单下的增加一个新的菜单项。这里要用到一个category，如下：
