An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

问题：eclipse（2018-12）没有新建Dynamic Web Project选项，打开help->Install New Software->work with（输入：2018-09 - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2018-12/201812191000）->选中（  Web, XML, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development    里的  Eclipse Java Development Tools、  Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools 、  Eclipse Java Web Developer Tools ，XML已安装没有选）

安装失败，出现：

再次安装时：

 

一系列默认操作后安装成功重启即可
