解决方法：把下的spring的releasejar包解压出来，config目录下带有xsd文件，将其手动添加到myeclipse中，（如果用的是myeclipse）。

windows->perferences->xml->xmlCatalog->add一个，然后将解压出来的XSD文件，加入进去，OK。
