Bearer

1.In idle mode,the bearers between UE and serving gateway are deleted.my doubt is whether the default bearer between UE and S-GW is deleted or not?

- The key to this question is a definition. When a UE goes idle the EPS Bearers (either dedicated or default) do not get deleted. The P-GW  and the MME still keep information about them. What is deleted, from a network perspective, is the S1 connection between the eNB and the S-GW. The Radio Bearers over the air are also deleted.

2.when UE comes back to ACTIVE mode from IDLE,the same number of bearers created again or not?

- When a UE returns to connected mode, all of the requred S1 connections for all of the established EPS bearers are reestablished.

3.can we create default bearer without using PDN CONNECTIVITY message and with ATTACH REQUEST message itslef?

- This is another definitional question. Actually we only create default EPS bearers with the PDN Connectivity message. The key is that the Attach Request message requires the inclusion of one PDN Connectivity message. So when the UE attaches it must include the request to setup a default bearer. If the UE wishes to have multiple default bearers, then it will send additional PDN Connectivity messages after the completion of the Attach Request process.
