1、设置环境

#根目录(便于使用)
export CROSS_ROOT=/home/admin/base_compile/system/PET_RK3288_P01_Linux/buildroot/output/rockchip_rk3288/host/arm-buildroot-linux-gnueabihf/sysroot
#pkg路径
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=${CROSS_ROOT}/usr/lib/pkgconfig:${CROSS_ROOT}/usr/share/pkgconfig
2、进入源码目录,创建arm-build
cd ./icu4c/source
mkdir arm-build
3、预交叉编译处理
cd arm-build
../source/runConfigureICU Linux/gcc
make
cd ..
4、编译
./configure --host=arm-linux --prefix="${CROSS_ROOT}/usr" CXXFLAGS=-std=c++11 --with-sysroot="$CROSS_ROOT" --with-cross-build='/home/zhaonan/base_compile/application/icu-release-67-1/icu4c/source/arm-build' --disable-samples --disable-tests
5、安装 sudo make install
