使用U盘安装 Ubuntu16.04 LTS挂载硬盘时：
The partition /dev/sda5 assigned to /boot starts at an offset of 3072 bytes from the minimum alignment for this disk, which may lead to very poor performance.
Since you are formatting this partition, you should correct this problem now by realigning the partition, as it will be difficult to change later. To do this, go back to the main partitioning menu, delete the partition, and recreate it in the same position with the same settings.

解决方案：

1.使用u盘系统中的Gparted程序

使用Gparted将未分区的磁盘部分分好4个区，以整数MB为单位可以保证是4096的整数倍，符合对齐规定。

2.将分好的区在Ubuntu磁盘挂载步骤中用Change按钮选中

点选盘符/，/boot，/home，swap。文件系统分别使用ext4，ext4，ext4，linux-swap。这个问题就在于，不能把未分配的磁盘部分在Ubuntu磁盘挂载步骤中新建立分区分配（没有此bug时可以这么用），而应该在Gparted中事先分好。这样就 符合对齐规定。
