清理 scraper 表的方法

通常不推荐以下操作，“软删除”的记录，有时候也是会被用的。

解决问题：执行 scraper 慢，耗时等。

-- 1 备份数据库

-- 2 查询数据
select * from Scraper where Scraper_Active = 'False'
select * from Scraper_Charting_Criteria where Scraper_Guid not in (select Scraper_guid from Scraper) and SCC_Active = 'False'
select * from Scraper_Charting_Criteria where SCC_Active = 'False'

-- 3 删除数据
delete from Scraper where Scraper_Active = 'False'
delete from Scraper_Charting_Criteria where Scraper_Guid not in (select Scraper_guid from Scraper) and SCC_Active = 'False'
delete from Scraper_Charting_Criteria where SCC_Active = 'False'

注意：服务端，所有客户端都需要执行。否则，“不可控”的同步机制又有可能把各个数据库恢复回去。
