安装django时出错

根据提示应该在官网下载 https://pypi.org/simple/pytz/
pytz-2019.3.tar.gz
解压到python3中Lib目录下，找到setup.py所在目录
在命令行下Lib目录下setup.py所在目录，输入python setup.py install

pytz安装成功

我在安装Django过程中总共安装了3个其他的（如上图），都是和pytz安装方式相同，安装一个，再回去试试Django安装，再根据提示安装一个，再回去试试Django安装，如此反复，直到出现下图，则表示Django安装成功
