3.   Room type:

Interior zone: Open plan office

Perimeter zone: Manger room, admin office, conference room, Other: Toilets, pantry and plant room

4.   HVAC system:

a.    Air distribution:

AHU with space diffuser for open plan office

PAU + fan coil for manager room, admin office and conference room Fan coil + transfer air for toilet

b.   Ventilation: toilet, pantry plant room

c.    Water cooled chiller shall be used

5.   EL system

a.     One twin S/O for each seat reserve for office equipment

b.     One water-proof fuse spur unit for each basin, urinal and WC

c.    One twin S/O for pantry

d.     One S/O for each plant room

e.     Three twin S/O in each conference room reserve for office equipment f.      Additional one twin S/O for each individual rooms for general use

g.     S/O shall be reserved for general cleansing

h.     Additional power point can be proposed for other office equipment (e.g. printer, office logo, TV, water machine and microwave etc
