2011上海书展暨“书香中国”上海周今日起拉开了帷幕。每年，与重量级的新书相遇、与名人面对面交流，成了读者在书展上最期盼的事。书展首日，读书当道。大牌作家们又是如何读书的？在他们的眼里，书又扮演着怎样重要的角色？

易中天：读书无用

“开卷有益，读书无用”，用他特有的调调，易中天的一番话在今天下午举行的“书香中国”阅读论坛上引起现场听众的强烈反响，他把心爱的书比作爱人，把所谓的开书单比作“包办婚姻”，一番言论赢得现场掌声不断。
什么是读书？为什么要读书？“读书以后就能赚钱？告诉大家怎样炒股的作者也没发财，写职场36计的人也没当老总。”在易中天看来，读书不能如此功利，为了谋生而读书并不能算真正意义上的读书，真读书是为“养心”，而“养心之法，莫如读书”，那些为了“用”而读书的人，一旦有一天发现自己所读的书没有用处，便不会再读书。

钱文忠：让孩子挑自己喜欢的书

阅读的价值究竟是什么？在今天下午举行的“书香中国”阅读论坛上，复旦大学历史学系教授钱文忠从搬家说起，和现场听众一起分享他的读书经。
钱文忠坦言，搬家的时候自己清掉了很多书，大多是当代和现代的书，在他看来，对于出版业来说，能留下来多少书才是最重要的。话题一转，钱文忠说起了这几年书展的感受。“每次看到父母带着孩子挑书，这本不要，那本要的，每次看到我都很受刺激，书应该让孩子自己挑，挑他们爱看的。”他甚至提议书店挂出“爹妈谢绝入内”的牌子，让孩子们能挑自己喜欢的书，读自己挑的书。
[b]勒克莱齐奥：好的书能让你忘记自己

勒克莱齐奥堪称本届书展最忙碌的人之一。在书展首日的一天之内，他就被安排了开幕式主题演讲、媒体见面、作品朗诵会、读者签售等多场活动。忙碌的人是他，读者们却拥有了更多与这位名家互动的机会。在今日作品朗诵会结束后，现场的读者得到了难得的提问机会。不少人很好奇，名家平时都爱看些什么书？名家眼中的好书又是怎样的？对此，勒克莱齐奥都一一作了解答。
在勒克莱齐奥看来，一部优秀的文学作品必定是一部“让你自己能够沉溺其中，忘记自己”的作品。而写作又是作家与人沟通最强烈的表现方式、“作家通常都是孤独的，作品有强烈的沟通感。”
勒克莱齐奥还分享了自己的阅读经验，在他眼中，每一本书都是有其长处所在，哪种性格的人选择哪种类型的书籍，这些都可以按照个人喜好来，这才是阅读最大的自由和享受，因此他笑称没有办法为谁去推荐某一本书。但是他也作了建议，爱好文学的人可以从很多文学类别中入门，例如可以从莎士比亚等名家的戏剧开始读，又或者可以从美丽的诗歌开始读。“因为读这些不需要知道更多的知识，也没有任何目的，完全可以轻松快乐地投入进文学的世界。”
