 在引用的时候把一个activity作为参数传进

} 

 bmp = mMap.getIcon("name")

Point p = mMap.getCurrentLocation()

或者

nMap = map;
fav_icon = (BitmapDrawable)
mMap.getResources().getDrawable(R.drawable.cake);
