【DEV 1 - 401考试】：

2、401考试前言介绍：Certification Exam Guide
a、Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I （401）是501的必要条件，拿到401证书后才能考501；
b、主考考察使用Lightning平台自定义业务逻辑并利用apex/visualforce扩展系统的基本编程能力；
c、官方推荐拥有1-2年开发经验并且至少有6个月lightning平台经验的开发者进行认证考试；
3、401考试基本信息：

a、题目：60多项（单选 + 多选）题 + 另加5项不记分项（仅用于反馈性能）；
b、时间：考试时间110分钟，1h50min；
c、及格分：65%算通过；
d、注册费用：200$ + 当地相关税费；
e、补考费用：100$ + 当地相关税费；
f、考试场地：线下/线上均可以，在线考试需要保证网络好（测速工具），考试环境安静+整洁；

使用salesforceben进行模拟考的时候，注册时需要支付20$；

【常见问题】：
1. checkout(支付时)，出现Error 200技术错误，如下图：

后来和考试中心的Marketing写信收到如下回复：

理由竟然是：Visa卡没激活！！！

2. 发现不明交易马上锁卡，避免不必要的损失。
过程是这样的：2019年6月4日在注册考试check out后，收到交易短信提醒，竟然额外收了8RMB的费用，而且商家不是考试中心的标识，短信如下：

后来总感觉不对劲，按照过往经验，不会出现扣手续费的情况，直到在微信通知收到下面交易失败的信息才松了口气：

【关于取消考试和重新安排考试须知】：

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: If your exam is scheduled at a testing center, you can reschedule or cancel your exam without incurring additional fees as long as you do so 72 hours in advance of the scheduled exam start time. To reschedule or cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled exam start time, you will be charged a $75 fee and you must open a case with the Salesforce.com Certification team in order to process the change. If your exam is scheduled as online proctored, you can reschedule or cancel your exam before your scheduled start time without incurring a fee. The above policy excludes the Certified Technical Architect review board exam, which requires cancellation and rescheduling requests a minimum of 10 business days prior to the scheduled exam start date and time.
