JDBC工具类出现错误：Could not initialize class util.JDBCUtils解决办法
1.检查java代码是否正确
2.配置文件是否放在正确位置，一般放在src下面
3.最容易被忽视的，也是难以解决的，那就是配置文件里书写出错，仔细检查配置文件。
