思路分析
dp[i][j]表示到达[i,j]的路径数
递推公式 dp[i][j] = dp[i-1][j]+dp[i][j-1]
初始化dp[0][0] = 1, dp[0][j] = 1, dp[i][0] = 0

初始化dp[0][j] = 1, dp[i][0] = 0,如果有障碍物,其后的dp均为0
遍历顺序逐行遍历
