PHP Interview 20110609

        Acting as JAVA developer, today i went to a France PHP company to apply for PHP Developmental Engineer position.  It's such a good foreign capital company that you can work among Frenchs, it may also be the greatest PHP company in China i thought.

        There are three different interviews before you are in the hire of  the company. That is Phone Interview, Coding Tesing, Technical Interview. Phone Interview is only the simply step to let you use English to do self-introduction, talk with you about your current job and let you share your experience of own projects, and ask you the reason why you quit your job and the expected salary. The Coding Tesing, that is, give you some requirement specification document and let you do the programming onsite(This is a phase to test your capacity to analyze , to program and of promptness).The final interview of technique, that is you and project teamleader have a talk about your technique details of the grasped against projects experience , what's the plan for future, and question about your future position and doubts of the company.
