LA3263 That Nice Euler Circuit 2004_Shanghai 平面上的欧拉定理

题目地址:LA3263

统计把平面分成多少块,利用欧拉定理,转而计算顶点和边的个数。

计算顶点个数:新的交点放在V里,然后去重。

计算边的个数:有一个新的交点在原来的边上,边数+1,每一条新增的边都可以被这种方法找到,不重不漏。
