How to Fix SVN obstructed

I got your problem, I have faced the same issue and I know the fix for SVN obstructed issue for files and folder. 

Solution - Take the backup of your work before trying following solution

Step -1. Right click on parent folder of com and test.
Step -2. Click on SVN update. NOTE - You may encounter some error. Try again SVN update. Second time it will work perfectly.
Step -3. Right click on parent folder of com and test.
Step -4. Click on SVN commit.

Hopefully, above mentioned fix for SVN obstructed will not corrupt your latest work which is not committed before, if you find any issue just copy your new work in project and commit again. please not hesitate to update this post in case your SVN obstructed problem does not get fixed.  Good Luck !!
