XLE registrations
======================

1) "Australia Income Tax" jurisdiction is shown on XLE registration UI for LRU,
   and verify the prompt is "ABN".
   Note LRU must be created with territory = Australia.
   In the future when the DDF is supported, "Branch Number"(default 001)
   and "Payroll Tax Group"(no default, LOV enabled) will be shown.
   The entries of this "Payroll Tax Group" is user defined via lookup_type
   (will be seeded as "User" customization level lookup type).

2) "ACT Payroll Tax" jurisdiction is shown on XLE registration UI for LRU,
   and verify the prompt is "Client Reference Number".
   Note LRU must be created with territory = Australia.
   In the future when the DDF is supported, verify "Designated Group Employer"
   (checkbox, default unchecked) willbe shown.

   Verify the same for other 7 state jurisdictions.

3) Verify 1 "Australia Income Tax" registration and 8 SRO registrations can be
   created against 1 LRU at the same time.

4) Associate TRUs with Legal Employers optionally (not available yet).
