生成静态页面函数--测试一

实现原理:读取静态模板页,使用string.Replace替换模板页的对应块,将数据流的代码写入新文件中,达到生成静态页面的效果,

WriteFile(string strtitle,string strText, string strContent, string strAuthor),用于传入自定义的相关内容.
